What data sources are included?
All plans include access to Prozorro, DREAM, TED (EU), UNDP, World Bank, and SAM.gov. As we add new sources (EBRD, UNGM, UNOPS, EIB, etc.), they become available to all paid plans automatically.
What is the OCDS format?
Open Contracting Data Standard (OCDS) v1.1 is the international standard for publishing procurement data. All tenders from all sources are normalized into this format, giving you a consistent schema regardless of the original platform.
How does the API work?
The REST API returns JSON in OCDS Release Package format. You can filter by source, category, keyword, value range, and more. Full OpenAPI documentation is provided. Rate limits depend on your plan.
Can I export data to Excel?
Professional and above plans support CSV and JSON export. Enterprise plans also include XLSX export and scheduled bulk data reports delivered to your email or S3 bucket.
What are saved searches and alerts?
Save your search criteria and receive email notifications when new tenders matching your filters appear. Configure frequency (instant, daily digest, weekly summary) and delivery preferences.
Is there a trial period?
Yes, Professional and API plans include a 14-day free trial with full functionality. No credit card required to start. Enterprise plans include a custom pilot period.
Do you support team accounts?
Enterprise plans include team management with role-based access, shared saved searches, and centralized billing. Professional and API plans are single-user.
How fresh is the data?
Data is synced in near real-time. Prozorro and UNDP update within minutes. TED and World Bank within 1 hour. We display the last sync time for each source on the search page.
